Knoxville, TN Weekend

You may or may not know I was raised in Knoxville, TN! We went back this weekend for mother’s day and here is a recap of all the things!

The views!!!!! They are unreal. We enjoyed brunch at Cherokee Country Club on Sunday.

Fun fact: I also got married here on June 12th 2021! It’s a special place to come back to!

A trip to Knoxville is not complete with out stopping by Rocky Top Nutrition (healthy and yummy and in my hand here)!

P.S I am obsessed with this exercise dress!!!

Fun Fact: Rocky Top Nutrition is close to campus and they often do benefit nights for sorority chapters in efforts to raise funds for their philanthropy.

Go ahead and add this rooftop to your list!!!!

It was AMAZING and so fun to do before dinner. It’s also downtown and near campus which is a bonus!

We went to the rooftop for apps, Vida for dinner and Cruze Farm Dairy for post-dinner treats!

You MUST add this dessert place to your list!!!

We also went to Lakeshore Park and Cherokee Blvd.

Add both of them to your list for when you need a clean, safe park to escape to! Bonus: they are both near campus and have lovely views!

I am just scratching the surface on fun places to go in this college town!

Here are 4 more suggestions I love (from growing up here) you must try…

1.) The French Market (amazing crepes)

2.) EST8TE (fun for shopping & one of our Recruitment Ready Partners)

3.) Cafe 4 (amazing casual American food on the square)

4.) Maple Hall (upscale bowling near campus)

5.) Vol Navy! This only happens in the fall, but during game day boats line up on the river for tailgating to cheer on the Tennessee Volunteers. It is quite the scene and so fun to see!

I hope this post is helpful if Knoxville is on your radar in the near future! If you have any questions about our trip or Recruitment Ready, please email me!! Let’s chat!
